Job summary
Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Designated Coordinator to oversee residential programs serving 4+ individuals, ensuring safe, person-centered support and compliance with Minnesota regulations. You will supervise direct care staff, coordinate service delivery, monitor medication administration, and manage plans and budgets while collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field plus 1 year of full-time direct care experience.
- Associate degree in a human services field plus 2 years of direct care experience.
- Diploma in a human services field plus 3 years of direct care experience.
- Minimum 50 hours of education/training in human services and disabilities with 4 years of direct care experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate service delivery for individuals in residential homes (4+ clients).
- Provide leadership, supervision, and training to direct support professionals.
- Monitor regulation compliance, program quality and medications administration oversight.
- Maintain plans, budgets, and communication with regulatory agencies.
