Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Designated Coordinator in Rochester, MN, responsible for overseeing service delivery and compliance in residential programs for individuals with disabilities and adults age 65+.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and experience in direct care, providing leadership to support team members while ensuring adherence to regulations. This role includes a hiring bonus and combines administrative duties with team oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field + 1 year of fulltime direct care experience.
• Associate degree in a human services field + 2 years of fulltime direct care experience.
• Diploma in a human services field + 3 years of fulltime direct care experience.
• Minimum 50 hours of education/training in human services + 4 years of fulltime direct care experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more residential homes for 4+ individuals.
• Ensure healthy meal options and supply fulfillment.
• Guide and supervise direct support professionals.
• Monitor compliance with 245D requirements.
• Provide hands-on support for at least 16 scheduled hours.
• Manage team member schedules and administrative duties.
