Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota in Saint Paul, MN is hiring a Designated Coordinator to oversee residential programs serving 4+ individuals. You will coordinate service delivery, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance and uphold medication and plan administration.

Eligible candidates earn an annual salary of $48,500 with a $2,000 hiring bonus, primarily on-site, with occasional emergencies and after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• Formal paths for Designated Coordinator per Minnesota Statute 245D requirements.
• Education/training plus direct care experience required or equivalent.
• Must meet at least one education/experience pathway.
• CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration certification (may be obtained after hire).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service delivery and supervise direct support professionals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and program quality across residential homes.
• Monitor medication administration and individual plans.
• Manage budgets, documentation and communications with leadership.
