Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field plus 1 year of direct care experience.
• Associate degree in a human services field plus 2 years of direct care experience.
• Diploma in a human services field plus 3 years of direct care experience.
• 50 hours of education/training in human services and disabilities plus 4 years of direct care experience.

Responsibilities

• Program Oversight for residential homes serving 4+ individuals, including meal options, supplies, and finances.
• Service Delivery to ensure person-centered outcomes while safeguarding health and safety.
• Team Leadership with supervision, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance by monitoring 245D requirements and policies.
• Collaboration with behavioral analysts, therapists, medical professionals, and community stakeholders.
• Direct Care with a minimum of 16 hours of hands-on support.
• Staffing and Shift Coverage management of schedules.
• Administrative Duties including budgets, documentation, and regulatory communication.
