Job summary

New Earth Residential is seeking an on-site Service Technician in Las Vegas to maintain common areas and occupied spaces, respond to resident requests, and support preventive maintenance programs. You will report to the Service Supervisor and Community Manager, ensuring a 5-star resident experience.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, HVAC/R certification preferred, and a proven ability to handle multiple priorities with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC/R certification (HVAC & Refrigeration) preferred.
• Ability to accurately follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Proven leader with strong customer service.
• Self-motivated with time management and goal achievement.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle chemicals safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties in common areas and occupied spaces.
• Be available for on-call responsibilities and after-hours emergencies.
• Complete service requests promptly, meeting company and property standards.
• Oversee maintenance of mechanical systems to preserve property value.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas at all times.
• Follow safety protocols and provide courteous service to residents.
