Job summary

Westland Real Estate Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a Las Vegas community. You will handle a variety of tasks from routine upkeep to urgent repairs to keep the property safe and well-maintained for residents.

You must be able to respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating schedule and have 1-2+ years of maintenance experience, with basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a residential or similar setting.
• A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Repairs & Maintenance: Perform a wide range of hands-on maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Unit Turnover (Make-Ready): Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs, painting, and fixture installations.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to residents and complete service requests promptly.
