NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC in Las Vegas seeks a Service Technician to support community operations, performing general maintenance in common areas and handling on-call service requests. You will work with residents and staff to ensure timely, quality service and uphold safety standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, weekend availability, and a strong customer-service mindset. HVAC/R knowledge is preferred, with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC/R certification preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Proven leader committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated with time management and goal achievement.
• Resourceful problem solver capable of adapting to changing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team player.
• Proficient in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.
• Able to track and manage inventory of materials and parts.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle chemicals safely.
• Available for emergency calls during nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance in common areas.
• On-call responsibilities as needed.
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments in line with standards.
• Oversee all aspects of property maintenance to support occupancy goals.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical systems.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
• Adhere to safety protocols and provide 5-star resident service.
• Assist with inspections and QA reviews.
