Job summary

A leading plumbing service provider in San Antonio is seeking experienced plumbers to join their team. Candidates must hold a valid Tradesman, Journeyman, or Masters Plumbing License, possess strong customer service skills, and have 2-3 years of residential experience. The ideal plumber will also have the ability to guide apprentices effectively and be skilled in plumbing repairs and diagnostic work. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of residential service experience required.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations in the last 3 years.
• Experience with plumbing repair techniques and service software needed.
• Ability to train and guide an apprentice.
• Experience with Service Titan and iPad.
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell repairs.
• Experience with leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, and drains.

Responsibilities

• Guide and train apprentices in plumbing tasks.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and sell repairs to customers.
• Perform plumbing repairs including leak location and drain cleaning.
• Carry out residential plumbing repairs including leaks, water heaters, drains.
