Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Austin, TX seeks a licensed plumber to diagnose and repair plumbing systems and to train an apprentice. You will use an iPad and Service Titan to manage service calls and customer records, while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes upselling repair solutions and maintaining high standards of workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Tradesman, Journeyman, or Masters Plumbing License.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations in last 3 years.
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice.
• Experience with plumbing repair including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, and drain services.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues; diagnose and sell recommended repairs to customers.
• Guide and train an apprentice on job sites.
• Use iPad and Service Titan software to manage service calls and documentation.

What you need:
