Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Service Plumber to diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues in customers’ homes, with a focus on clear communication and high-quality workmanship.

You will use an iPad and ServiceTitan to document work, present options, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish, while mentoring apprentices and upholding our standards of service.

Qualifications

• Licensed Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber required.
• 2–3 years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations in past 3 years.
• Comfort training and guiding an apprentice.
• Proficient with iPad and ServiceTitan.
• Strong customer service with diagnostic and repair recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with leak detection, water heaters, water filtration, fixtures, drains.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues in customers' homes.
• Explain solutions clearly and present repair options.
• Perform high-quality repairs with professionalism.
• Document work in ServiceTitan on an iPad and guide customers.

The Role

As a Residential Service Plumber, you’ll be the face of Radiant in our customers’ homes. You’ll diagnose plumbing issues, explain solutions clearly, and perform high-quality repairs with professionalism and care. This is a customer-focused role that combines strong technical ability with communication and problem-solving. You’ll use ServiceTitan on an iPad to document work, present options, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Need
