Job summary

T3 Services Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Plumbing Apprentice to join our residential service team. You’ll diagnose plumbing issues, present repair options, and deliver 5-star customer service on every call.

You’ll work a Friday–Tuesday schedule, use ServiceTitan on an iPad, and collaborate with a friendly, family-like team. Valid driver's license and 1+ year plumbing experience are required. We offer competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years plumbing experience; residential service experience preferred.
• Must be available Friday–Tuesday.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations in last 3 years.
• Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software.
• Assist in diagnosing plumbing issues and presenting repair options to customers.
• Familiarity with plumbing repair including leak detection, tankless water heaters, water filtration systems, traditional water heaters, plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.
• Passion for residential service plumbing and delivering 5-star customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing plumbing issues and presenting repair options to customers.
• Deliver 5-star customer service on every call.
• Use ServiceTitan to document service calls on an iPad.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness on job sites.

What You Need

• A Plumbing Apprentice Card (Ideally 1,000+ hours logged)
