Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning in San Antonio is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose and repair residential systems. You will use an iPad and our Service Titan software to document work, communicate with customers, and upsell needed repairs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of field experience, a valid driver’s license, EPA certification, and a clean driving record. We offer competitive hourly pay, commissions, spiffs, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
• Experience with variable speed units and common components (contactors, capacitors, refrigerant).
• EPA Certification and TDLR license required; NATE preferred.

• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with: variable speed units, replacing parts such as contactors and capacitors, handling refrigerant, etc.
