Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Texas is hiring a Plumbing Apprentice for residential service work in the San Antonio/Austin area. You’ll diagnose simple issues, assist customers, and help with repairs using iPad and our Service Titan software.

Requirements include an A Plumbing Apprentice Card (1000+ hours preferred), 1+ year of residential plumbing experience, a valid driver's license, and a passion for five-star customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have A Plumbing Apprentice Card (Ideally 1000+ hours logged).
• 1+ years of plumbing experience, Residential Service experience is a MUST.
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software.
• Passionate about Residential Service Plumbing and providing 5-star service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing and selling the repair to the customer.
• Familiarity with plumbing repair including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.

What You Need

• Assist in diagnosing and selling the repair to the customer
