Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Austin, TX, is seeking an HVAC Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems in customers’ homes. You’ll perform maintenance on air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps, and communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues.

Use ServiceTitan on an iPad to document jobs, notes, and recommendations, delivering a great customer experience while representing the Radiant brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
• EPA Certification and TDLR license required.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You Need

• 2+ years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years)
• Comfortable using an iPad and ServiceTitan software
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain and recommend repairs
• Experience with variable-speed equipment and replacing components such as capacitors, contactors, and motors
• EPA Certification and TDLR license required
