Job summary

Terminix, part of the Rentokil North America family, is looking for a Service Manager at our local branch to lead Pest Technician teams and deliver outstanding pest control service to residential customers. You will monitor branch scheduling, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, respond to customer concerns, and mentor staff while maintaining inventory.

Qualifications

• An associate’s degree (A four year degree highly desirable).
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Pest Technician teams to ensure service delivery.
• Monitor branch scheduling and pest tech routes to ensure completion.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Respond to customer concerns and cancellation requests.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians’ performance.
• Maintain inventory levels of pest control products.
• Provide ongoing training to local sales and service teams.
