Rentokil Initial is seeking a Service Manager to lead local Pest Technician Teams at a Terminix branch. You will ensure efficient routing, maintain safety and regulatory compliance, and drive high customer satisfaction through effective supervision and training.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a willingness to relocate and a valid driver’s license. Outdoor work and tight spaces are typical aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; a four-year degree is highly desirable.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• 1–2 years of related experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead and motivate others effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and provide practical solutions.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and employees.
• Detail oriented with a focus on safety.
• Aptitude for basic/intermediate math for sales/service calculations.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in crawl spaces/attics when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.
• Respond to customer concerns, including cancellation requests.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians' performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of pest control products.
• Facilitate ongoing training of local sales and service teams.
