Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; four-year degree desirable.

• Good math aptitude for sales/service calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate local Pest Technician teams to deliver service excellence.
• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve cancellations.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians’ performance and provide feedback.
• Manage inventory of pest control products and oversee training.
