You will handle on-site duties at Greenfield and McCordsville offices, participate in Saturday rotations, and work with NISC-iVUE and Microsoft Office to ensure accurate records and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and NISC-iVUE; telecom/utility software preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• On-call and Saturday rotation required; on-site at Greenfield and McCordsville offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and phone-based customer service addressing questions on service options, billing, and account information.
• Help customers understand service options and guide through requests, changes, and upgrades.
• Create, process, and schedule service orders; coordinate with other departments for timely completion.
• Carry out essential administrative duties such as correspondence, verifying customer information, and credit checks.
• Represent NineStar’s commitment to quality by building positive relationships with customers.
