Job summary

We Energies is seeking a customer service–focused professional to manage residential and small commercial service needs, outages, and related inquiries. The role involves coordinating with homeowners, developers, engineers, and municipalities to establish new or expanded service and ensure timely delivery.

The position requires an associate degree in a relevant field (or four years of Wisconsin Field Operations experience with customer service) and at least three years of customer contact

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or equivalent) in engineering, marketing, business administration, project management or finance.
• In lieu of an associate degree, four years of Wisconsin Field Operations experience including customer service and clerical support.
• At least three years of customer contact experience.
• Valid driver's license and meet the company's requirements for driving.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers to discuss wants and service concerns.
• Coordinate installation with internal and external resources, negotiate timelines and required-by dates.
• Provide information on service options and pricing to customers.
• Manage work requests, send applications and correspondence to customers, builders and contractors.
• Provide notification for planned outages and respond to inquiries related to rates and services.
• Assist with energy audits and identify options for service work and improvements.
