Job summary

Quality Construction Services is seeking a Selections Coordinator in Mount Vernon, OH to guide homeowners through materials and finishes, coordinate with vendors and our project team, and keep selections moving on schedule.

You don’t need to be an interior designer; a good eye for color, strong follow-through, and the ability to build trusting client relationships matter most. Work is in-office with local travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in selections coordination or related client-facing role.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage several clients and deadlines at once.
• Comfort discussing budgets, pricing, and timelines.
• Interest in residential materials and finishes, with an eye for color.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with homeowners and learn their priorities.
• Guide selections for flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, lighting, hardware, paint, windows and doors.
• Explain color and finish combinations using samples and references.
• Coordinate showroom and vendor visits and follow up with clients to keep decisions moving.
• Track selections, allowances, pricing, approvals, and deadlines in Buildertrend.
• Explain upgrades and costs; obtain client sign-offs.
• Check product availability and lead times, provide alternatives.
• Communicate final selections to project managers and teams.
• Maintain organized project records and participate in meetings.
