Job summary

Sineath Construction in Weaverville, NC is seeking an organized Design & Selections Coordinator to support our Designer and Purchasing & Estimating teams through the residential selection and pre-construction process. This role is ideal for an early-career interior designer who understands residential design and enjoys bringing structure to a project.

You will help clients move from selections to approved specifications while keeping information, budgets, vendors, and deadlines aligned for the

Qualifications

• Degree or formal training in Interior Design.
• Residential design experience or strong understanding of finishes.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, details, vendors, and client requests.
• Clear, professional communication and collaborative approach.
• Comfort with budgeting and project documentation; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Lead Designer and team with residential finish selections.
• Coordinate client selection deadlines, approvals, specifications, and docs.
• Post and maintain selection information in JobTread for clients, vendors, and field staff.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and trade partners through JobTread and other channels.
• Maintain selection reports and finish schedules for visibility.
• Track selection impacts on budgets and update after approvals.
• Coordinate selection-related purchase orders and ensure materials are ordered on schedule.
• Maintain vendor and trade partner information and support agreements.
• Assist with selection-related estimating tasks and variance POs.
• Track rebate opportunities and keep project records current.
• Provide responsive client and partner communication throughout the process.
