Since 2002, Quality Construction Services (QCS) has delivered custom lake homes and large-scale remodels throughout Knox County and the surrounding area. Our team is guided by six core values: Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Intentionality, Teamwork, and Growth.
We're looking for an organized, enthusiastic Selections Coordinator who enjoys working with homeowners and helping them feel confident about the choices that shape their homes. You'll guide clients through materials and finishes, coordinate with vendors and our project team, and keep selections moving on schedule.
You don't need to be an interior designer or produce drawings. A good eye for color and materials, strong follow-through, and the ability to build trusting client relationships matter most.
Experience or education in interior decorating, design principles, kitchen and bath selections, or a related field is a plus. Buildertrend experience is also helpful. Drafting, CAD, and technical design software are not required.
Base pay: $20-$25 per hour, based on experience and responsibilities.
Sales Performance Incentive Program (SPIP): Eligible team members may earn an additional incentive equal to 0.5% of the qualifying Job Running Total for qualifying projects. Based on QCS's current annual revenue of approximately $4 million, this could represent up to approximately $20,000 in additional annual income, with potential total compensation of up to approximately $72,000 at the top of the base pay range. Incentives depend on qualifying projects and performance and are not guaranteed.

For someone who enjoys sales and building lasting relationships, this role may grow to include Client Relations Manager responsibilities. That could mean helping prospective clients understand the QCS process and remaining their trusted point of contact from the first agreement through project completion. This expanded responsibility carries a separate incentive program for qualifying projects.
