Job summary

Quality Construction Services seeks a detail-oriented Selections Coordinator / Interior Designer in Mount Vernon, OH. This in-office role combines client guidance, material selections, vendor coordination, and project follow-through to deliver cohesive design solutions.

You will create mood boards, color palettes, and finish presentations, manage timelines, and clearly communicate with homeowners, showrooms, and project teams. Local travel to client meetings, showrooms, and sites is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential interior design or related experience.
• Experience guiding homeowners through design decisions and product selections.
• Strong understanding of color, proportion, materials, texture, and aesthetic coordination.
• Ability to create mood boards and design presentations.
• Knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, lighting, and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand style, priorities, and vision.
• Develop cohesive design concepts coordinating colors, materials, textures, and finishes.
• Create mood boards, color palettes, and material presentations.
• Guide clients through finish selections and explain how choices work together.
• Coordinate showroom and vendor appointments; maintain timelines and documentation.
