ADT Security Services is hiring a Residential Service Technician in the Little Rock area. The role involves troubleshooting, configuring, and programming security and site automation systems, including fire detection, networking, hosted video and access control.

A customer-focused mindset and strong communication are essential for delivering reliable protection. Responsibilities include testing signals with central monitoring, visiting customers at homes or businesses, and ensuring quality

Qualifications

• Service experience in security or home services preferred.
• Technical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and configure systems.
• Strong verbal communication and customer-facing skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to guide customers.
• Comfort with uncertainty and dynamic environments.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program existing security and site automation solutions.
• Provide services for fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video and access control.
• Follow procedures for wired/wireless systems and connections.
• Test system signals with central monitoring to ensure service.
• Act as a customer service champion for home protection.
