Job summary

Alpha Omega Construction Group Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Scheduling Clerk to manage residential installation schedules and coordinate with vendors and field supervisors.

You will handle customer service aspects, process purchase orders, and support the department administratively. Responsibilities include retrieving builder schedules from portals and emails, tracking materials, and liaising between crews and builders to ensure timely installs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to understand basic mathematical principles.
• 12+ months of data entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves and maintains builder schedules from trade portal information, emails and phone calls for residential installations.
• Keeps a file of selections, elevations, colors and options; calculates materials quantities.
• Orders materials and tracks them through appropriate software.
• Liaises between crews and builders regarding daily installs.
• Collates project documents and coordinates with Field Supervisors; works with Warehouse Manager to order materials at best price.
