Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 12+ months of data entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves and maintains builder schedules from trade portals, emails, and calls.
• Records selections, elevations, colors, and options; calculates materials needed.
• Orders materials and tracks them through appropriate software.
• Acts as liaison between crews and builders for daily installs.
• Compiles project documents and coordinates with Field Supervisors.
• Works with Warehouse Manager to source lowest price, best quality materials.
• Tracks and records information for jobs, communities, or builders.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
