Job summary

Alpha Residential is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction efforts, interfacing with the Director, Estimating, Accounting, and field teams to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

The role emphasizes pre-construction planning, procurement, subcontractor management, RFIs, submittals, and safety compliance, with responsibilities spanning from pre-construction through turnover and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects.
• Valid State driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• OSHA 10-hour Certification and First Aid/CPR Certification.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, schedules and cost reports; knowledge of contract provisions.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans to identify errors and omissions and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with soliciting proposals and confirming project scopes and subcontracts.
• Coordinate permits and ensure safety, quality, and insurance requirements are in place before mobilization.
• Prepare and manage master logistics, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Lead meetings, document minutes, and track progress against the Schedule of Values.
• Collaborate with accounting, estimating, and field teams to ensure project alignment and reporting.
