Clarity Care Inc. is seeking an Experienced Residential Scheduler in Oshkosh, WI to support the scheduling department’s daily operations. You will assist in telecommunication, data entry, customer service, and calendar maintenance to ensure adequate staffing across residential facilities.

The role involves using Paycom Scheduling Software, handling on-call shifts, and collaborating with care staff and management to optimize schedules and service delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology or Supply Chain Management; Associate’s degree considered or 2 years’ elder/disabled care experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, time management and critical thinking skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication.

• Understand the Residential Group Homes, their Needs and Outcomes.
• Utilize Paycom Scheduling Software to ensure accurate schedules and high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper use of all Paycom Scheduling functions across facilities.
• Schedule employees to fill vacancies and maintain staffing requirements.
• Enter call-ins in the absentee database.
• Provide reports and support to management and other departments.
