Job summary

Clarity Care is seeking a Program Lead for Oshkosh/Green Bay, WI. This full-time role leads residential caregiving staff, oversees group home operations and supports Members in achieving independence with dignity.

You will supervise teams, coordinate operations, and participate in care planning while promoting person-centered care and safety. Join a mission-driven organization with paid training and a weekend premium.

Qualifications

At least 21 years of age.
Associate degree or higher in a healthcare-related field; OR a bachelor’s degree in another field plus at least one year of qualifying healthcare experience involving direct contact with and teaching individuals with developmental disabilities; OR a valid nursing home administrator’s license.
Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Valid Wisconsin driver’s license, auto insurance and ability to meet agency driving standards.
Successful completion of required caregiver background checks.

Responsibilities

Lead and support residential caregiving staff to build a positive, collaborative team.
Oversee daily home operations ensuring safety and compliance with requirements.
Provide hands-on care including activities of daily living as needed.
Foster community connections to enrich Members’ quality of life.
