Job summary

Clarity Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for residential group homes in Oshkosh and Green Bay, WI. You will support Members with daily living activities, help with meals, personal care, and community outings, while following individual care plans.

No experience required; paid training provided. We offer full-time and part-time positions with flexible shifts, weekend premiums, and benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, equivalent education and/or relevant work or life experience.
• No prior caregiving experience or certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, personal hygiene and other daily activities based on individual care plans.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Encourage Members to make choices, develop skills and work toward personal goals.
• Provide compassionate, respectful support that promotes dignity and independence.
• Prepare and serve meals while following individual dietary needs and preferences.
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable home through housekeeping, laundry and other household activities.
• Support daily routines that make each residential home a positive place to live.
• Accompany Members to social activities, recreational outings and community events.
• Encourage participation in activities reflecting Members' interests and personal goals.
• Build trusting relationships and celebrate everyday achievements.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to ensure consistent, person-centered support.
• Follow individualized service plans, safety procedures and organizational policies.
• Complete required documentation and communicate important updates regarding Member care.
