Responsibilities

• Work closely with Director of Operations to achieve sales goals.
• Coach, motivate and train technicians and sales team to exceed team goals.
• Debrief sales appointments with technicians.
• Communicate and align with other departments and functions.
• Weekly coaching based on sales reports.
• Oversee follow-through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing.
• Mentor technicians on sales processes, upselling techniques, and follow-up to hit metrics.
• Monitor and track sales performance metrics and revise processes as needed.
• Analyze sales incentive programs.
