Job summary

Village Plumbing, Air & Electric seeks a hands-on Sales Manager to lead through coaching, training, and accountability. You will work with technicians and sales pros through ride-alongs, debriefs, and individual coaching to improve the customer experience and achieve sales goals.

You will partner with operations to set priorities, monitor weekly reports, and maintain a consistent sales process focused on homeowner needs and solutions.

• Experience leading residential in-home sales teams.
• Proven ability to drive revenue through coaching and accountability.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead through coaching, training, and accountability with technicians and sales pros.
• Conduct regular ride-alongs and appointment debriefs to improve customer experience.
• Establish sales priorities with the Director of Operations and pursue revenue goals.
• Debrief sales appointments to recognize successes and address challenges.
• Use weekly sales reports to guide coaching, track progress and craft action plans.
• Maintain a consistent sales process focused on homeowner needs and effective solutions.
• Ensure timely follow-through on proposals, invoicing, and financing.
• Monitor sales metrics and adjust processes and incentives as needed.
• Collaborate with department leaders to improve cross-functional communication.
• Stay informed on competitor offerings and market trends.
