Job summary

NOXYZ is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist in Raleigh to drive quota-driven growth. You’ll build a personal territory, prospect for new opportunities, and close company-generated leads through our proven process.

Expect a full sales cycle from inspection to contract, with training and clear advancement paths. This role rewards performance with a base salary plus commission, comprehensive benefits, unlimited PTO, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of quota-driven outside sales experience.
• Experience in home improvement, roofing, restoration, or insurance-claims sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy with CRM tools and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your territory pipeline via prospecting and referrals.
• Close high-quality, company-generated leads using our proven sales process and CRM.

With most of your pipeline coming from door-to-door prospecting, referrals, networking, and territory development, supplemented by company-generated, warm leads through our in-house R3 marketing system, this opportunity offers some security and lucrative earnings for above-average, motivated sales professionals. What You'll Do:

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of proven, quota-driven outside sales success - home improvement, roofing, restoration, or insurance-claims experience preferred
• Comfort prospecting and building your own business - not just working leads handed to you
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Tech-savvy with CRM tools and mobile sales apps (experience using RoofLink is a plus)
