Job summary

NOXYZ in Raleigh is seeking a dynamic Residential Sales Specialist to own a territory, prospect directly, and close high-quality, company-generated leads.

You will manage the full sales cycle from inspection to insurance claim to signed contract, hitting monthly quotas and leveraging a robust training path for career growth at NOXYZ.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of quota-driven outside sales success in relevant industries.
• Comfort prospecting and building your own business, not just working leads handed to you.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with RoofLink is a plus.

• Build and manage your own territory pipeline through direct prospecting and referrals.

If you've built your career in home improvement, roofing, construction, or insurance-claims sales - and know how to create opportunities, build relationships, and close deals - we want to talk to you. With most of your pipeline coming from door-to-door prospecting, referrals, networking, and territory development, supplemented by company-generated, warm leads through our in-house R3 marketing system, this opportunity offers some security and lucrative earnings for above-average, motivated sales professionals. We're looking for competitive, quota-driven individuals who thrive on the chase, aren't afraid to earn their business, and are motivated by performance.

What You'll Do:

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of proven, quota-driven outside sales success - home improvement, roofing, restoration, or insurance-claims experience preferred
• Comfort prospecting and building your own business - not just working leads handed to you
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Tech-savvy with CRM tools and mobile sales apps (experience using RoofLink is a plus)
