Responsibilities

• Act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers.
• Drive to sales locations, meet with current and potential customers in their homes, and evaluate and present options.
• Commit to relationship selling and earn repeat business through excellent performance in a one‑call‑close setting.
• Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• This is an uncapped commission opportunity—take control of your earnings through closing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales and one‑call‑close in a residential in‑home environment.
• Experience in the skilled trades business model (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, lawn care, roofing, etc.).
• Proven sales track record.
• Ability to travel to pre‑set appointments in your assigned area using a company‑provided work vehicle.
• Strong work ethic, excellent customer service, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed.
• Willingness to access attics and crawl spaces regularly.
• Must undergo pre‑employment drug screen, background checks, and possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
