Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales appointments with potential residential customers in their homes.
• Conduct thorough inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Provide tailored pest-control solutions based on training.
• Deliver customized sales presentations on issues identified during inspection.
• Use handheld devices to present information clearly and efficiently.
• Maintain a self-managed, goal-driven approach to meet sales targets.

• Use a customer focused approach in s chedul ing sales appointments and meet ing s with pote ntial residential customers in their homes to explain PermaTreat’s products and services.
• Conduct thorough and detailed inspection s from attic to crawl space
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer's needs
• Deliver uniquely tailored sales presentations on issues identified during inspection
• Influence potential customers with hand-held devices provided for thoroughness, speed and accuracy
• Maintain a self-management and goal-oriented mindset to achieve sales performance objectives through assigned leads and new business development
