Job summary

PermaTreat, as part of Rollins Inc., is seeking a Home Service Sales Professional to grow your sales career with residential visits and paid training. You can earn top wages and have the potential for annual awards trips, with a convenient pathway to advance within a supported, customer‑focused organization.

You will schedule appointments, inspect homes, tailor pest solutions, and present personalized options to customers, while pursuing new business development with leads provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Use a customer focused approach in scheduling sales appointments and meetings with potential residential customers in their homes to explain PermaTreat’s products and services.
• Conduct thorough and detailed inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
• Deliver uniquely tailored sales presentations on issues identified during inspection.
• Influence potential customers with hand-held devices provided for thoroughness, speed and accuracy.
• Maintain a self-management and goal-oriented mindset to achieve sales performance objectives through assigned leads and new business development.

• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
