Job summary

PermaTreat, part of the Rollins family, is hiring Home Service Sales Professionals to grow a career in residential pest solutions. You will conduct in-home inspections, present tailored solutions, and build lasting customer relationships.

The role includes paid training, base pay with commissions, a company vehicle, devices, benefits, and opportunities for awards. No experience is required; a high school diploma and a valid driver's license are requested.

Qualifications

• No Experience required for entry into the sales role.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply and possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a drug screen is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct in-home sales appointments with residential customers.
• Perform thorough inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Provide tailored pest solutions and present them to customers.
• Deliver compelling in-home sales presentations.
• Build rapport and influence customers using provided devices.
• Meet sales targets through leads and new business development.

• Use a customer focused approach in scheduling sales appointments and meetings with potential residential customers in their homes to explain PermaTreat’s products and services.
• Conduct thorough and detailed inspections from attic to crawl space
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer's needs
• Deliver uniquely tailored sales presentations on issues identified during inspection
• Influence potential customers with hand-held devices provided for thoroughness, speed and accuracy
• Maintain a self-management and goal-oriented mindset to achieve sales performance objectives through assigned leads and new business development

Qualifications

As a Home Service Sales Professional at PermaTreat, you must possess the following:

• No Experience Required!
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

You must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
