Rollins, Inc. through its PermaTreat brand is hiring Home Service Sales Professionals to grow a residential pest control sales career in Central and Northern Virginia.

You will perform home inspections, present tailored pest solutions, and drive customer-focused sales with training and team support. Earn top wages with base pay plus commissions, opportunities for annual awards, and a company vehicle, iPad, iPhone, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales appointments with potential residential customers in their homes.
• Conduct inspections from attic to crawl space and explain PermaTreat’s products and services.
• Deliver tailored sales presentations based on identified issues.
• Solve customer problems using training to decide on the best pest solution.
• Influence customers with tools provided for accuracy and speed.
• Pursue leads and develop new business to achieve sales objectives.

• Use a customer focused approach in s chedul ing sales appointments and meet ing s with pote ntial residential customers in their homes to explain PermaTreat’s products and services.
• Conduct thorough and detailed inspection s from attic to crawl space
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer's needs
• Deliver uniquely tailored sales presentations on issues identified during inspection
• Influence potential customers with hand-held devices provided for thoroughness, speed and accuracy
• Maintain a self-management and goal-oriented mindset to achieve sales performance objectives through assigned leads and new business development
