Job summary

Work With Your Handz in Lincoln, RI is seeking an experienced Residential Sales Manager to lead a team of 14+ Comfort Advisors across RI, MA, and CT, driving sales performance and a customer-focused process. You will coach advisors to improve close rates, ticket sizes, and financing utilization.

The role requires hands-on leadership, regular ride-alongs, weekly sales meetings, and collaboration with operations to ensure seamless handoffs and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential sales management/leadership experience in home services.
• Experience managing a sales team of 12+ direct reports.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, motivate and hold teams accountable.
• Strong understanding of residential sales processes, including in-home selling and financing.
• Experience with CRM and sales-management technology.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate 14+ Comfort Advisors across RI, MA, CT.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and performance targets.
• Drive close rates and improve revenue, ticket size, and financing utilization.
• Monitor key sales metrics and communicate trends to leadership.
• Conduct ride-alongs and weekly sales meetings for coaching and training.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth handoffs.
