Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support a team of HVAC Technicians; set performance standards and conduct reviews.
• Coordinate daily workflow for service, maintenance, and installation teams and ensure safety compliance.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue within HVAC operations and monitor KPIs.
• Provide hands-on technical support in the field when needed and ensure quality workmanship.
• Ensure high-quality, timely, and respectful customer service and address concerns promptly.
• Recruit, train, and mentor plumbing staff and foster a growth-focused team culture.
