Responsibilities

• Coach, manage, and develop a team of Comfort Advisors and sales support.
• Implement real-time lead management to ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor performance metrics: close rate, ticket size, margin, and more.
• Coordinate with install, service, and marketing to ensure seamless lead-to-job execution.
• Lead by example with intensity, urgency, and presence.
• Ensure closure of opportunities through persistent follow-up.
