N.E.T.R. is expanding and seeks an experienced HVAC Sales/Comfort Advisor to visit homes, identify needs, and convert conversations into sales. You won't wait for calls—leads come in and you’ll navigate the process from assessment to close.

You'll advise homeowners on furnaces, heat pumps, central AC, and financing options, working with install and operations teams to ensure a great post-sale experience. A proven track record in closing high-ticket HVAC deals is preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC or home services sales experience required.
• Ability to sell full HVAC systems and financing options.
• Strong in needs assessment, objections handling, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Run residential HVAC sales leads and meet homeowners.
• Evaluate comfort needs and propose furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and AC systems.
• Present good/better/best options and explain financing and energy efficiency.
• Build trust and confidently close sales with high-ticket values.
• Maintain pipeline and follow up on proposals.
