ARS-Rescue Rooter in Indianapolis is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to help drive the sales team’s success and guide Comfort Advisors. You will support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly HVAC targets, motivate the team, and lead sales meetings as needed.

The role requires 2+ years of in-home sales leadership experience (HVAC preferred), strong organization, and CRM proficiency, with a path to a six-figure income. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home sales leadership experience, HVAC preferred.
• Strong organization, planning and problem solving.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience a plus.
• Comfort with basic math and geometry.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Manager in hitting monthly HVAC sales targets.
• Motivate, coach, and guide Comfort Advisors.
• Lead sales meetings when needed.
• Assist with weekend sales operations (Saturday/Sunday).
• Oversee retail lead generation efforts and travel to partner stores.
• Track KPIs and report to retail partners weekly.
