Job summary

Bo Lacey Construction is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our residential sales team in Mansfield, OH. This field-based role emphasizes coaching, closing deals, and building value with homeowners.

You will run a 16–20 person team, own the sales number, and work with leadership to optimize processes, CRM usage, and recruiting. Evening availability and weekend work are expected to match field schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a sales team and coaching salespeople.
• Business-to-consumer (B2C) experience required.
• High-ticket residential or in-home sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a residential sales team of 16–20 reps.
• Own the sales number and forecast performance.
• Track metrics: close rate, leads, revenue per appointment.
• Coach via ride-alongs, objection handling and closing skills.
• Recruit and develop top talent, manage onboarding and ramp-up.
