Lumbermen’s in Northeast Ohio seeks a results-driven Sales Professional to educate and support customers on our full-line of building materials. This role requires thoughtful relationship building, consultative selling, and a willingness to travel.

You will visit customers in person, lead presentations, partner with vendors, and contribute to a high-performance team while living Lumbermen’s culture and ESOP values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2–4 years outside sales experience preferred.
• Building materials industry experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Educate and support customers on our full-line of building materials.
• Occasional overnight travel to visit customers.
• Live Lumbermen’s culture and lead with core values.
• Develop strong customer relationships through visits, training, events, and remote support.
• Actively drive sales from our product lines.
• Provide exceptional service and timely problem resolution.
• Analyze competitors to understand customer decisions.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team and vendor partners.
