Job summary

Bo Lacey Construction seeks a hands-on Sales Manager to lead a residential exterior sales team of 16–20 professionals in Mansfield, OH. You will learn and enforce the 10-step in-home sales process, coach reps in the field, and close deals when needed.

Reporting to the President, you will drive performance, track KPIs, and build a culture of accountability while collaborating with marketing and leadership to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a sales team.
• B2C experience required.
• High-ticket residential or in-home sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement sales and one-call-close experience preferred.
• Strong KPI, forecasting ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a residential sales team of 16–20.
• Manage field-based activities and ride-alongs.
• Own the sales number and analyze metrics (sales, close rate, revenue per appointment).
• Run daily huddles and coaching sessions.
• Recruit and develop top sales talent.
