Wayne Homes in Ohio is seeking a Field Manager to ensure we deliver quality homes on schedule and within budget. You will oversee the entire construction and maintain vital relationships with homeowners and trades during builds.

Responsibilities include managing multiple homesites, enforcing scopes of work, and holding vendors accountable, while completing OSHA 10, first aid and CPR training. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Competent with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in construction, trade or related coursework is preferred.
