Job summary

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a regional team and drive residential sales growth. You will develop data-driven strategies, partner with regional units, and guide managers to achieve revenue targets across multiple markets.

You will build strong customer relationships, optimize performance, and ensure consistent application of the company’s sales objectives across legacy channels. A bachelor’s degree and distribution sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Distribution and sales leadership experience required, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Education - minimum - 4 year bachelor degree
• Strong background within distribution, preferably within HVAC/R systems, Electrical, Plumbing or Building Materials.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement data-driven strategic plans to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement for the sales team through coaching and mentoring.
• Collaborate with regional teams to strengthen customer relationships and enhance satisfaction metrics.
