Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals for our San Francisco Territory training cohort in November 2026. Design Consultants visit residential homeowners, present options for window and door replacements, and guide them to a same-day decision.

We offer a strong, uncapped commission plan and comprehensive coaching. This role emphasizes individual results, world-class training, and a supportive team environment with a proven sales system.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions
• Have a valid Driver’s License (required)
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required)
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations
• Provide all necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on window and door replacement projects
• Strong one-call close sales approach with no project management or follow-up required

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $200,000 to $300,000+ annually
• Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship
